Fresh fruit

Fruit divides into two trades. Agbalumo and ube have short shelf lives, sell into diaspora retail and move by air within days of picking. Avocado and citrus are established reefer commodities with published grade standards, where the buyer is checking dry matter, caliber and certification rather than freshness. Price the two differently, because they are not the same business.
